Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Lawrence Trujillo Investigations has been providing services, primarily for attorneys, throughout the southwestern United States, Mexico, and Costa Rica, since 1989.

I have extensive experience with civil cases involving personal injury, medical mal-practice, products liability, train accident and small aircraft accident investigations, as well as, passenger motor vehicle accidents, and commercial trucking accident investigations.  Additionally, I perform investigations concerning civil rights violations.

 
CRIMINAL DEFENSE

 
Extensive experience concerning investigations of major felony cases in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona; to include capital felonies and drug related matters.

 
I have participated, as part of defense teams, in successful defense of death penalty issues in New Mexico, as well as, other “major felony” investigations on federal and Indian lands.

 
Several investigations, for the defense, regarding matters of Homeland Security.

 
Investigations performed on the Navajo Reservation, White Mountain Apache Reservation, Ute Reservation, and the majority of pueblos throughout New Mexico.

ENVIRONMENT

I am currently investigating toxic tort cases in the region known as The Four Corners, which includes Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico.
